What I did

  1. 01Designed a cross-platform design system for a suite of 9 products on web, Android and iOS.
  2. 02Integrated financial regulatory requirements into onboarding and KYC flows.
  3. 03Ran moderated user tests, remote and in person, with diverse segments of the Guatemalan population.

Nova allows salespeople and users to seamlessly apply to credit products.

Requirements

Defined the design-system requirements for multiplatform development, and the feature set for the Nova MVP.

  • Fill out the IVE-IR, PEP and CPE regulatory forms.
  • OCR on the Guatemalan DPI (national ID) and proof-of-life verification.
  • Manage your credit after approval — cut from the MVP.

Every form field went into a data dictionary of types, restrictions and validations — then the structure was tested with card sorting.
